Hand Movements in Freestyle Swimming.

Somehow I have never been convinced with my freestyle swimming. I always keep on watching experts' videos on youtube. And this when I found a major flaw in my hand movements in freestyle swimming. To highlight this difference, I have taken the videos with both the styles.

Let me share both with u. I did this swimming in dark so kindly bear with little dark videos. I hope to capture some in light too :)

This is technically correct style but I still need to improve :) I guess I will never be satisfied with my freestyle till I swim like the TI coach in the below post :)

Since the second video is in length, I feel the width one is more clear.

Hand Movements in Freestyle Swimming.

It doesn't take more than 3-5 days to "learn" freestyle and cover a length. But what matters here is not just learning but gaining expertise. I found one major flaw in my hand movements when I saw this video. And this is when I decided that I want to swim like him. If you can swim freestyle.. it has to be this way!!!
